A fact: I am constantly blown away by my students. I have a man who comes to my class at least once a week who has the tightest hips I have ever seen. And every time I teach a hip-opening pose, he sits down on a block with a smile on his face and breathes until the rest of the class has moved on. From him, I have learned humility.
